The Cerca del Mar is located only 2.5 short blocks from the oceanfront, with fishing, golfing, tennis, and water sport facilities nearby. Grocery stores and ample shopping locales are conveniently close at hand and several excellent restaurants are within walking distance.
The Cerca del Mar offers great

We offer five types of accomodations.
All units are completely furnished and well-appointed. All units have
color television (over 50 cables channels, including HBO), air
conditioning, telephone (no additional
charge for local calls), and kitchenette. Our courteous and
friendly housekeeping staff provides daily linen service.

Rooms
Our standard rooms feature two double beds, and a kitchenette featuring
a microwave and a full-size refrigerator.
Half-Kitchen Suites
Our half-kitchen suites include a bedroom with two double beds, a
separate living room with a sleeper sofa, dining area, and kitchenette
featuring a microwave, conventional stovetop, and a full-size
refrigerator.
Full-Kitchen Suites
Our full kitchen suites include a bedroom with two double beds, a
separate living room with a sleeper sofa, dining area, and kitchenette
featuring a microwave, a conventional stove and oven, and a full-size
refrigerator.
Deluxe Suites
Our deluxe suites are considerably larger and include a bedroom with
both a king-sized bed ad a double bed, a separate living room with a
sleeper sofa, dining area, and a full kitchen, as described above.
Check-out time is 11:00AM. Check-in time is 2:00 PM.
Ample on-site parking is available, but only one parking space is provided per room without prior approval.
