The Cerca del Mar is located only 2.5 short blocks from the oceanfront, with fishing, golfing, tennis, and water sport facilities nearby. Grocery stores and ample shopping locales are conveniently close at hand and several excellent restaurants are within walking distance.

We offer five types of accomodations.
All units are completely furnished and well-appointed. All units have
color television (over 50 channels), air
conditioning, telephone (no additional
charge for local calls), and kitchenette. Our courteous and
friendly housekeeping staff provides daily linen service.
Our half-kitchen suites include a bedroom with two double beds, a separate living room with a sleeper sofa, dining area, and kitchenette featuring a microwave, conventional stovetop, and a full-size refrigerator.
Our full kitchen suites include a bedroom with two double beds, a separate living room with a sleeper sofa, dining area, and kitchenette featuring a microwave, a conventional stove and oven, and a full-size refrigerator.
Our deluxe suites are considerably larger and include a bedroom with both a king-sized bed ad a double bed, a separate living room with a sleeper sofa, dining area, and a full kitchen, as described above.
Check-out time is 11:00AM. Check-in time is 2:00 PM.
Ample on-site parking is available, but only one parking space is provided per room without prior approval.
Registering guest must be at least 21 years old.
